Temporary to permanent Start: ASAP CDS Labour are recruiting three General Operatives for a well-established agricultural business based near Boston. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position involving the movement of cages, boxes and bags of feed weighing over 25kg. Due to the early start time and rural location, your own transport is essential . Main duties Manually handling cages, boxes and animal feed Regularly lifting and moving items weighing over 25kg Supporting the team with general site duties Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe Following all site procedures and instructions Completing other physical tasks as required What we are looking for Comfortable completing repetitive and physically demanding work Able to safely lift and handle loads exceeding 25kg Reliable and punctual for a 2:00am start Good understanding of spoken English Own transport due to the location and working hours Safety boots are required;
