Are you a Production Manager or similar from a Food / Pharmaceutical background looking to work for a growing manufacturing business, taking lead for production on site and helping to implement new CI projects?

On offer is the opportunity to work for an established supplement manufacturer who are expanding due to continued success and looking to bring in a new Production Manager to look after their growing team and lead CI on site.

The role will revolve around managing a production team of around 40 members of staff, you will be overseeing production, monitoring KPIs and ensuring health and safety compliance. The company want to put a focus on continuous improvement, so you will be leading the implementation throughout the factory.

This role would suit a Production Manager or similar from a Food / Pharmaceutical background looking for a varied role managing a successful production team with a focus on leading new continuous improvement projects with the opportunity for continued career progression and a host of great company benefits.

The Role

• Managing production and production staff
• Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
• Ensuring health and safety policies are followed
• Monitoring KPIs and training staff
