The Opportunity

We're recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager to lead warehouse, distribution and production operations in Irvine. This role would suit a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Logistics Manager or Supply Chain Manager with experience driving operational performance, production output, stock accuracy and team development.

You'll be joining a growing organisation supplying specialist mobility and healthcare products to care homes, hospitals and healthcare providers across the UK. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing and despatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Deliver operational KPIs and high service levels.
• Ensure a safe, organised working environment.

Production Management

• Oversee daily production and assembly activities.
• Manage production plans, workflows and labour allocation.
• Drive quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Operations

• Lead, coach and develop warehouse and production teams.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and best practice.

About You

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics environment.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control and production activities.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly or production processes.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Good working knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
