Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Soldering Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established engineering manufacturer, producing high-quality cable and electrical assemblies.

Soldering Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out fine soldering to a high standard
• Assembling cable and wiring products from engineering drawings and work instructions
• Preparing cables, crimping terminals and completing wiring assemblies
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Using hand tools and small assembly equipment
• Working to production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Following company quality procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Soldering Technician Ideal Candidate:

• Previous soldering experience within an engineering, electronics or manufacturing environment
• Experience with cable assembly, wiring or harness assembly is desirable
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Good manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Soldering Technician Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30
• Fridays, 08:00 – 16:00
