Location: Trefriw
Nelsons is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a small production team manufacturing Spatone products. You will take responsibility for the production team during the absence of the Team Leader and lead by example within the group.
Working to GMP, Hygiene and H&S standards, you will complete SOP documentation, schedule training, and drive BRFT targets while developing operators and maintaining high housekeeping and quality across shifts.
