Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Days | 40 Hours per Week

Responsibilities- Carry out maintenance, repair, and modification of injection moulding tools.
- Diagnose and resolve tooling issues both within the toolroom and on the production floor.
- Work on hot runner systems and support production performance.
- Operate manual centre lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and universal grinding equipment.
- Conduct precision machining to maintain tooling to the highest quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance tool performance and reliability.
- Manage workload effectively and proactively undertake planned tooling activities during quieter production periods.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Toolmaker within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of injection mould tooling, repair, and maintenance techniques.
- Fully competent in manual machining disciplines including turning, milling, surface grinding, and universal grinding.
- Experience working with hot runner systems.
- Ability to fault-find and diagnose tooling issues on the shop floor.
- Recognised Toolmaking Apprenticeship and relevant engineering qualifications are highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
