We're looking for a Process Operator to join our team and play an important role in creating and preparing our products to the highest standards.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll support different stages of production, from preparing materials and forming products through to packing, labelling and quality inspection. You'll also have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop within the role.
What you'll be doing- Deliver and handle materials accurately and safely, in line with product specifications.
- Support production activities including product forming, machine operation, packing and labelling.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure products meet required standards before dispatch.
- Follow GMP, hygiene requirements, SOPs and work instructions.
- Safely move materials and finished products using pallet trucks and forklifts where trained.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and cleanliness.
- Work as part of the wider team, adapting to changing priorities and production requirements.
- Work efficiently to meet production and distribution targets and support continuous improvement.
- Good attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- The ability to follow SOPs, work instructions and processes following training.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality standards.
- A professional attitude and pride in your work.
- The physical ability to handle materials and boxes and stand for extended periods.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or warehousing would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- Forklift or other materials‑handling experience would be advantageous.
