Bakery Operative 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

Starting from £30446.33 per annum.

Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts - your shift pattern will change between 6am-6pm & 10am-10pm.

Due to the shift pattern you MUST have your own transport.

Please note you will be standing for long periods of time in this position.

Hours - 39.375 Hours per week

• Operation of the roll plant
• Operation of the fryers
• Operation of the ovens

• Previous experience working in fast paced production environment.
• Previous experience of shift work or factory work.
• Great communication skills.
• A positive attitude, you’ll need to be resilient.
• A willingness to learn.
