As a Slicing production operative, you will:
The Slicing Operative role is a key role within the site ensuring the product is sliced and prepared for packing using high-speed slicing machinery that portions cooked or cured meats. Machine Setup & Operation :
Loading bulk products into high-speed slicing machines and setting precise thickness and weight configurations. Portion & Quality Control:
Constantly checking sliced packs to ensure correct weight, appearance, and shingle pattern before they hit the packaging line. Waste Minimization :
Monitoring the machinery to reduce product giveaway (overweight packs). Strict Hygiene Control:
