Machine Operative - Full time Shift A (Alternating weeks) - 4 day week, 3 day week Week 1 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:30am - 6:30pm / Week 2 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:30am - 6:30pm Shift B (Alternating weeks) - 4 day week, 3 day week Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm / Week 2 - Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am to 6:30pm Based in Ilminster, Somerset Benefits As a Machine Operative, you'll receive from £14.11 per hour, fortnightly paid, with opportunity for progression to Senior Machine Operative roles, and other benefits;

You'll work as part of a highly motivated team, ensuring best practices are communicated and adopted across all shifts, providing training for new and/or current employees, with continuous improvement at the core of all activities undertaken. You'll also be required to lead product changeovers, ensuring the whole team works together and achieves set targets, reporting to the team leader if members of the team are not performing to the required standard
