We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join our Night shift manufacturing team in Kilrea. As a General Operative, you will support the day-to-day production operation, working as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is practical, dependable and keen to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and assembly of products.
- Operate basic machinery and production equipment following appropriate training.
- Carry out a range of manual production tasks.
- Follow production instructions and work to required quality standards.
- Inspect products and components to ensure they meet the required specification.
- Identify and report any quality issues or defects.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Handle materials safely and responsibly.
- Support other members of the production team as required.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties associated with the role.
