We're looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a well-established manufacturing team in Mere. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background as an Injection Moulding Technician or Mould Setter to work in a supportive environment, develop their skills, and contribute to high-quality production.

- Set up machines to specification and action manufacturing plans
- Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Safely install mould tools and oversee machine setup to ensure product quality
- Monitor materials and production stocks used by operators
- Maintain clean and safe work spaces, following H&S procedures
- Check product quality against specifications and implement remedial actions
- Support and train operators on best manufacturing practices
- Communicate daily with the Mouldings Manager on technical issues affecting production
- Encourage efficient and effective working practices across the team
- Professional qualification in Injection Moulding and Automated systems (E)
- Understanding of general manufacturing practices (E)
- Technical experience operating injection moulding machines (8 years desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication
- Awareness of Health & Safety practices
- IT and manufacturing systems knowledge
