As a Production Operative, you will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team food handling (working with raw product.) At the direction of the Team Leader you will undertake a range of routine tasks associated with the slaughtering & dressing operation of lamb carcasses to ensure compliance to agreed customer specifications.
You will maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.
