Days:Monday–Friday, with Saturdays regularly available

We are currently recruiting for a
Production Line Leader
to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing site based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production worker or someone with previous team-leading experience who is looking for a

Your duties will include:

As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for helping to keep the production line running efficiently while ensuring quality, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

• Leading and supporting the production line
• Monitoring production and ensuring targets are met
• Carrying out quality checks
• Cleaning production areas and equipment
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Supporting and motivating the production team
• Following all company health & safety and food safety procedures
• Assisting with general production duties as required

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced food production and manufacturing environment
• Confident leading a team and taking responsibility
• Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Flexible and willing to support the needs of the business
• Available to work Monday–Friday, with regular Saturday availability

Due to the location of the site,
you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
. There are
no public transport links available
, so candidates must be able to reliably commute to the site independently.
