- MIG welding on plant machinery
- Completing fabrication work in the workshop
- Fabricating steelwork for the maintenance of our vehicles
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Ensuring the correct materials and tools are available to complete each task
- Working both independently and as part of a small team
- A good knowledge of welding, with at least 3 years' practical experience
- Driving licence
- CSCS card or other skills cards (desirable, but not essential)
- A proactive and responsible approach to health and safety
- Good punctuality
- Attention to detail
This is not a fast-moving job involving production lines or fixed completion targets and deadlines. The role involves working at a steady pace, completing work to a high standard and getting it right the first time.
