Are you reliable, hands-on and looking for ongoing work in Tiverton? We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s production team, with immediate starts available. Working Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm. You will be working on a production line, assembling, filling and packaging products. This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail and takes pride in producing work to a consistent standard.

With regular weekday hours and an early afternoon finish, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a structured working week with their weekends free.

As a Production Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assembling products:
  Putting together products and fitting components according to production instructions.
• Filling products:
  Filling products to the required levels, ensuring accuracy and minimising waste.
• Checking product quality:
  Inspecting products and components for damage, defects or inconsistencies and reporting any issues.
• Labelling products:
  Applying labels accurately and checking that product information is correct.
• Packing finished products:
  Preparing completed items for packaging and dispatch, ensuring they are presented neatly and securely.
• Supporting production targets:
  Working at a steady, consistent pace to help the team achieve daily production requirements.
