Recylcing Manager
Sharnbrook
£37,000 - £40,000 per annum
Mon - Fri 07.00 - 17.00 (47.5 hours paid a week)
Temp to perm
We are currently recruiting for a Sharnbrook based company who is looking to bring a Manager into their busy recycling team. This role is managing a busy production team including both production & logistics staff. This will also include some manual handling. This is a fast paced environment with production targets.
What you will be doing- Leading, motivating & developing the team
- Planning daily & weekly production schedules
- Managing shift patterns & staffing levels
- Monitoring output, quality & efficiency
- Health & safety
- Keeping machinery & equipment running well
- Working with the wider team to improve processes
- 47.5 hours paid a week
- Temp to perm
- Consistent hours with overtime available
- Experience managing a production or warehousing team
- Experience in Recycling or Waste is highly desirable
- Hands on leadership style
- Good planning & organisational skills
