Your main responsibilities will be to carry out a range of production activities to ensure that operational objectives and standards are achieved in a fully effective and efficient manner.
Other responsibilities include:
Ensuring strict conformance to all Health & Safety procedures.
Packing quality fresh produce products across a minimum of 2 categories to our Customers’ standards.
Adhering to all QA and customer specifications/guidelines whilst carrying out any task.
Training and monitoring quality and performance of Operatives working on the line whilst supporting the Line Leader.
“Stepping up” to Line Leader Band 1 duties when required after completion of required training.
Participating as a member of the packing operations team providing input to continuous improvement.
Act in line with the business values and expected behaviours for the role.
