Our client, a leading company in precision engineering, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their dynamic team. • Setting, programming, and operating multi-axis machining centers.
• Producing small batch precision components with exceptional attention to detail.
• On-control programming and interpreting technical drawings.
• Collaborating on CAD/CAM projects to generate CNC programs (previous experience in this area is a plus).

• Proven track record as a machinist with a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with multi-axis machining centers.
• Strong technical expertise in on-control programming and machining precision components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Professional, mature approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to support the wider management team and adapt to new challenges.
