The Role – Bilingual Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you’ll combine creative marketing skills with a strong customer focus. As Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital content, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns

* Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials

* Maintain and update website and social media channels

* Support digital marketing efforts and track performance metrics

* Respond to customer queries and manage order processes

* Organise events and trade shows
About You
You’ll have experience in marketing and customer service with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
You will ideally have:

* French and/or Spanish fluency essential

* Marketing qualification (preferred)

* 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or customer service

* Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
