We’re partnering with a much-loved British brand with strong roots in the food and FMCG space, who are looking for a talented CRM Campaign Manager to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about data-driven marketing, customer engagement, and meaningful brand storytelling.
The Role
As the CRM Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints. Using Bloomreach, you’ll lead the design, segmentation, testing, and optimisation of campaigns that enhance loyalty and drive measurable results.
You’ll work closely with teams across Loyalty, Product, and Creative to ensure communications are consistent, compliant, and genuinely add value to the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns, from strategy and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and optimisation
- Champion personalisation and email best practice to maximise engagement and conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate CRM activity with wider marketing initiatives
- Track and analyse campaign performance, presenting actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay ahead of CRM innovations, recommending new tools and features to enhance performance
- Mentor and guide a Marketing Executive, supporting channel growth and development
You’re a confident CRM professional who loves combining creativity with data. You’ll be someone who enjoys getting hands‑on with campaign delivery but also brings strategic thinking to how CRM supports the wider brand.
You’ll bring:- Proven experience managing CRM or email marketing campaigns (Bloomreach or similar)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and testing strategies
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate metrics into insight
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practice
- A collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach
