Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Oxford Spires Park
Are you a natural storyteller with a strong scientific foundation and experience in communications? Do you know how to translate complex science into persuasive, commercially impactful content? This is a rare opportunity to turn technical expertise into compelling narratives that influence buying decisions across advanced engineering and manufacturing industries.
About the Role
As Content Creator, you’ll be the voice of a respected company, shaping content that connects scientific credibility with commercial relevance. You’ll work at the intersection of science, storytelling complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messages that resonate with engineers, decision-makers, and innovators.
You’ll wear three key hats:
Insight Partner – Develop a deep understanding of the science, technology, market trends, and customer challenges, identifying where technical capability delivers real commercial value.
Creator – Produce high-quality, authoritative content across blogs, white papers, videos, social media, presentations, and technical articles balancing scientific accuracy with persuasive storytelling.
Strategist & Analyst – Use insight, performance data, and audience behaviour to refine messaging, optimise content, and ensure scientific narratives support commercial objectives.
This is not a content production role for generalists. It’s for someone who understands science , communicates confidently, and knows how to position technical innovation in a way that drives engagement and demand.
What You’ll Bring
A strong academic or professional background in science, engineering, or manufacturing
Experience in a communications, content, or marketing-focused role within a technical or B2B environment
The ability to interpret complex scientific or engineering concepts and translate them into clear, commercially compelling content
Proven B2B writing experience within industrial, scientific, or technology-led sectors
A detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative approach
Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and content performance tracking (advantageous)
Benefits
Hybrid working from a modern Oxfordshire HQ
23 days’ holiday plus your birthday off
Health insurance and monthly performance bonus
Clear learning and development goals within a supportive, expert-led team
Join a company of curious minds helping manufacturers innovate faster, smarter, and with confidence. If you’re passionate about science, skilled in communication, and motivated by turning technical knowledge into commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you
