As we continue to be the very best in the market and support a major growth strategy for 2026, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Marketing Project Co‑ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team, working across the CR Smith brand.

Based in Dunfermline, our highly experienced and fast‑paced business needs a talented co‑ordinator who can work on a diverse range of projects while maintaining our brand standards. This is a varied role where you will work closely with our proactive sales teams to contribute towards business growth and brand awareness, as well as supporting internal stakeholders across the business. Although working within the larger marketing team, we are looking for someone who can work autonomously on specific projects, manage their own time efficiently, and report directly to senior management.

You will have a marketing/events background and will hold a relevant degree or qualification with 3‑5 years’ experience working as part of an in‑house marketing/events team or agency. You will possess excellent project management skills with knowledge of design, photography, artwork and print processes.

• Strong creative and innovative mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask, delivering to changing deadlines
• Knowledge of Word Press and video creation/editing would be a real advantage
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine passion for marketing and the ability to take initiative
• Market research and data analysis experience
• Previous exposure to event planning would be ideal

• Working alongside our in‑house marketing team on internal projects including corporate responsibility, community benefits and charity events
• Data gathering and market analysis
• Creating digital media assets for the company website, landing pages, sales support materials, and online advertising
• Assisting in offline collateral, including postcards, brochures, exhibition stands, staff training materials and internal stationery
• Updating website content via Word Press content management system
• Planning and implementation of company sales meetings, incentives and exhibitions

• Salary up to £35,000
