The role

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, acting as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring projects run smoothly, strategically and commercially.

Key responsibilities:

* Owning day-to-day client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact

* Delivering integrated campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard

* Working closely with internal creative, digital and PR teams to ensure projects run smoothly

* Contributing to campaign thinking, planning and account development

* Line managing and developing an Account Executive, supporting their progression and confidence in delivery

* Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and agency revenue

About you

An experienced Senior Account Manager working within an agency environment, confident managing clients, projects and integrated campaigns. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and experience mentoring junior colleagues.
