Multi Channel Marketing Apprentice; Apprenticeship

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant Apprentice to join our team and support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help implement multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to promote our agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in digital marketing, gain real experience, and develop a broad range of marketing skills within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Delivery- Assist with creating social media posts, blog content, email newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Support with the production and scheduling of multimedia content such as reels, videos, and simple graphics (where relevant).
- Help update website content and ensure accuracy, relevancy, and strong messaging with strong visibility for search engine and AI platforms.
- Contribute to campaign planning and assist with the execution of marketing activity across social media, email, SEO, and paid media channels.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to support campaign ideas and content topics.
- Help track campaign performance and prepare simple reports or insights.
- Upload content to CMS platforms and social scheduling tools.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and assist in preparing prospect information for the sales team.
- Support with webinar preparation, event organisation, and partnership activity where needed.
- Work day-to-day with the Marketing Manager, helping to deliver tactical activity that supports the wider strategy.
- Assist with internal marketing activity to help grow the agency brand and generate new business leads.
- Carry out any additional marketing duties (inc. client marketing delivery) as required within the scope of the apprenticeship.
Training provided on the job and 1 day per week attending Exeter College (in person).
QualificationsGCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (c/4 or above preferred). Any relevant media, marketing, IT or business studies qualifications are desirable but not essential. No prior marketing experience required (training is provided).
Skills required- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)
- Ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively
- Creative thinking and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
- Basic research and analytical skills (beneficial but not essential)
