Talent Hub is supporting a successful, expanding Brighton company in its search for a new Paid Media Specialist to join its performance marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive customer growth by managing high-performing paid media campaigns.

About the Role As a Paid Media Specialist, you will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and take a hands‑on approach to planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns across channels such as Paid Search and Paid Social. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys experimenting to drive improved results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid media activity across multiple channels and budgets

  • Build and optimise campaigns directly within ad platforms

  • Continuously test creative, messaging, and audiences to enhance performance

  • Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to maximise ROI

  • Produce clear performance reports and insights for stakeholders

  • Explore new channels, formats, and AI‑driven approaches

What you will need for this Paid Media Specialist job:

  • Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis

  • Proven hands‑on experience in a Paid Media role, agency side or in‑house

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, platform reporting, dashboards)

  • Good knowledge of tracking, tagging, and performance measurement

  • Data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on results

  • Experience with additional platforms such as Linked In Ads or Tik Tok Ads

  • Experience in subscription or e‑commerce settings

  • Exposure to B2B targeting and audience segmentation

  • Familiarity with automation or AI‑supported workflows

  • Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
