Head of MarketingWe are seeking a high‑calibre Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function at a pivotal stage of growth. We are a £5m turnover food and drink business with a clear ambition to grow to £10m+, and we are looking for someone who can help take us there through exceptional marketing leadership.
This is a role for someone who wants to build, not inherit. You will shape strategy, elevate brand presence, and drive commercial growth while working closely with a passionate leadership team.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Leadership- Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy to support growth from £5m to £10m+.
- Translate business objectives into clear, prioritised marketing plans.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across brand, acquisition, retention, and partnerships.
- Lead brand positioning and storytelling in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
- Ensure a distinctive, premium, and consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Raise the creative bar while maintaining commercial focus.
- Drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
- Oversee marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI across all activity.
- Make data‑informed decisions and continuously optimise performance.
- Shape a strong and engaging social media presence through the Social Media Executive.
- Ensure content is consistent, creative, and aligned with brand identity.
- Build community engagement and brand affinity over time.
- Guide the Partnerships Manager to develop meaningful commercial and brand partnerships.
- Identify and secure collaborations that drive awareness and revenue.
- Oversee and support the Events Manager in delivering high‑impact brand events and activations.
- Develop an events and experiential marketing strategy that strengthens brand presence and drives customer engagement.
- Ensure events are commercially aligned and integrated with broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small marketing team.
- Create clarity, accountability, and momentum within the function.
- Hire and shape future team growth as the business scales.
- Senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director level).
- Strong experience within food & drink, FMCG, hospitality, or premium consumer brands
- Proven success in scaling revenue and brand impact in a growing business, help scale a business, not just operate within established structures.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, resource‑conscious environments.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution
- Deeply tuned into modern marketing trends, platforms, and behaviours (social‑first growth, creator‑led content, short‑form video, community‑driven brand building, and emerging digital channels), with a strong instinct for what will work next, not just what has worked before.

- £60,000 - £70,000 salary per annum (based on experience).
