22 IMPACT is a global media and management agency covering talent representation, PR, events, and brand campaigns. In the past six years we've worked with brands including Bentley, Spotify, Tom Ford, Lexus, and Ritz Carlton across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, sport, and entertainment.

We're looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join the team.

You’ll work alongside an Account Manager, handling the creator‑facing side of campaigns - sourcing, outreach, communication, and keeping execution on track. It's a hands‑on role that sits at the centre of how our campaigns get delivered.

• Sourcing creators across Instagram and Tik Tok that fit brief and brand
• Managing creator communications from first contact through to content delivery
• Coordinating timelines and chasing deliverables
• Collaborating with the Account Manager and internal team throughout

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or campaign management
• Strong communicator – clear, prompt, and professional
• Solid project management instincts – deadlines, priorities, and detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Based in the UK or USA

3-month contract with potential to move into a full-time role. Remote. Start date ASAP / early July.
