Pay rate: 70k - 75k hourly equivalent

We're seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Marketing & Loyalty) to join a fast-growing Grocery & Retail business on an 11-month maternity cover contract.

In this role, you'll lead customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives, working across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Commercial and Product teams to deliver impactful growth strategies and campaigns.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Own customer communications across email, push notifications and in-app channels.
• Lead go-to-market activity for new partnerships and commercial initiatives.
• Deliver customer loyalty and retention programmes.
• Use data and customer insights to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives.

• Proven experience in marketing, growth, CRM, loyalty or commercial strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communicator with experience working across multiple teams.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer-focused businesses is advantageous.
