Digital and Brand Lead
enevo is a built environment TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance) consultancy, supporting clients across Building Safety, Building Compliance and Building Control.
We work with developers, contractors, architects, duty holders and wider project teams who need clear, practical support across compliance, safety, technical consultancy and regulatory services. In plain English, we help people navigate some of the more complex parts of the built environment without making everything more complicated than it already is.
About the roleWe’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our Digital and Brand Lead with practical, hands‑on marketing activity across the business.
This is a varied role covering brand, content, organic social media, digital asset production, website administration, internal and external communications, business development and divisional materials, proposal support and event planning activity.
It would suit someone who enjoys writing, creating, organising and helping technical experts turn their knowledge into clear, useful content. You don’t need to know the built environment inside out on day one. You do need to be curious, accurate, organised and comfortable asking sensible questions when something isn’t clear.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll support the day‑to‑day delivery of marketing activity across enevo, helping to keep content, campaigns and business development materials moving.
The role will include:
- Creating and scheduling organic Linked In content for the company and selected team members
- Writing first‑draft content, including Linked In posts, article outlines and short web copy
- Creating graphics and digital assets using Canva
- Updating website content and supporting basic web administration through Word Press or a similar CMS
- Supporting the production of web articles, case study content and service‑led marketing content
- Helping to create brochures, capability documents and business development materials
- Supporting internal and external communications, including staff updates, client communications and campaign activity
- Helping with email campaigns, social posting and contact list activity through Hub Spot or a similar CRM
- Providing light reporting across social, website and email activity
- Supporting ad hoc events, including preparation of digital assets, printed materials, attendee information and follow‑up content
- Coordinating photography and video content, including basic editing where needed
- Formatting professional CVs, proposals, presentations and client‑facing documents
- Supporting bespoke proposal activity with clear, well‑structured content and presentation support
- Keeping marketing files, templates and assets organised so people can actually find what they need
This role could suit an entry‑level graduate, someone with 1 to 2 years’ marketing experience, or someone already working in a junior marketing role who wants broader exposure across brand, content, digital and business development support.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A clear and confident writer, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable creating simple, polished graphics and digital assets
- Interested in Linked In, content marketing and B2B communications
- Organised, reliable and able to manage several small projects at once
- Curious enough to learn about technical services and turn them into content people can understand
- Comfortable working with colleagues across different teams and seniority levels
- Practical and calm when priorities shift, as they occasionally do, usually just after someone says “this should be straightforward”
- Able to take feedback well and improve work quickly
- Confident using digital tools and willing to learn new ones
- Positive, professional and comfortable working as part of a small marketing function supporting a growing consultancy
- Built environment, construction, consultancy or B2B experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential. A good eye, good writing and a willingness to learn matter more.
