Our client is a leading commercial fit out and interior design contractor, delivering high-quality workplace, retail, and commercial refurbishment projects across London and the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop their marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing activities across digital, social media, content creation, events, and business development support. You will work closely with senior leadership, pre-construction, and business development teams to enhance the company's market presence and generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Manage all digital marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
• Create engaging content including project case studies, press releases, award submissions, and client communications.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and project marketing activities across completed schemes.
• Support the Business Development team with tender submissions, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Manage external marketing agencies, designers, and suppliers.
• Organise industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client engagement initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing and business development materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the Fit Out, Interiors, Construction, Design & Build, or Property sector.
• Strong understanding of the commercial fit out market and industry trends.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, and business development functions.
• Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and commercially aware approach.
