Description

As a Conference Producer, you'll work at the intersection of science, innovation, business and sustainability, shaping the conversations defining the future of food, nutrition, agriculture, materials and water. You'll identify emerging trends, analyse market developments and translate insight into compelling conference programmes that bring together senior decision-makers, innovators and investors from across these rapidly evolving sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Researching industry trends, emerging technologies and customer challenges to identify opportunities for new and existing conference programmes
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with senior executives and industry experts to gather insight and shape market‑leading event content
  • Designing commercially relevant conference agendas that deliver audience value, industry relevance and support business growth
  • Recruiting and securing high‑profile speakers, building trusted relationships across key sectors and markets
  • Creating compelling agenda copy, speaker briefings and programme content that translates complex topics into engaging event experiences
  • Collaborating with commercial, marketing and operations teams to maximise audience engagement, sponsorship opportunities and event success
  • Managing multiple conference projects simultaneously, ensuring programmes are delivered to a high standard from concept through to live event delivery
What You’ll Need
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify emerging trends, market developments and commercial opportunities
  • A naturally curious mindset and genuine interest in technology, innovation and evolving industries
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content, audiences and sponsorship opportunities contribute to event success
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to engage and build credibility with senior executives and industry leaders
  • The ability to gather complex information and translate it into clear, engaging and commercially relevant conference programmes and agendas
  • Effective project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach, with the confidence to take ownership of projects and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to international events as required
