Sponsorship Manager/ Brand Partnerships 6 Month Contract - with scope to turn permanent for right person- attractive salary

London/ Guildford Office Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite (fulltime hours 5 days a week) 2 days onsite 3 days remote Pay: £350- £400 per day

As soon as possible or will wait up to 4 weeks' notice We're looking for an experienced Sponsorship Manager / Brand Partnerships professional to join a high-profile organisation on an initial 6-month contract, working across major sports partnerships including England Rugby and TeamGB. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage partnerships from strategy and creative activation through to events and delivery, ensuring sponsorship assets are maximised and partnerships deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities Support on the day-to-day management of our partnerships with England Rugby, TeamGB and Paralympics GB. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and activation partners. Help manage sponsorship rights and assets, ensuring the business maximises the value of its contractual entitlements. Manage the sponsorship activation calendar, ensuring campaigns, events, content and experiences are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Translate the partnership strategy into effective brand, customer, employee and fan activation. Coordinate activity across brand, marketing, communications, social, digital, customer and internal engagement teams. Brief and manage creative, experiential, media and specialist sponsorship agencies. Support match-day and event activation. Identify proactive opportunities to increase the visibility, relevance and impact of the partnership. Manage activation budgets, timelines, approvals and reporting.

Track partnership performance and support measurement of brand and commercial impact. Provide clear and regular updates to senior stakeholders on activity, opportunities, risks and results. About You 5 years' experience in sponsorship, partnerships and activation. Strong sports sponsorship experience Excellent stakeholder and account management skills. Creative, commercially minded and confident generating ideas. Experience working with rights holders, agencies and live events.

Highly organised, energetic and able to work autonomously and hit the ground running. A proven track record of delivering integrated sponsorship activation campaigns. Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, activation planning and measurement. Experience delivering live events and match-day activation Agency experience
