Digital Marketing Executive

Are you a creative Digital Marketing Executive with a real passion for content, social media and digital marketing?

We’re working with an established and growing business within the construction and building services industry, who are looking for a  Digital Marketing Executive  to join their Marketing team in Horley. This is initially a 10-month FTC covering maternity leave.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having ownership of digital content, getting creative with ideas and working closely with both technical and commercial teams to bring marketing campaigns to life.

The Role

Managing and delivering social media strategy across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and You Tube.
Creating engaging website content including blogs, case studies, product updates and technical resources.
Working closely with sales and technical teams to turn technical information into clear, engaging content.
Developing and maintaining a content calendar around campaigns, product launches and key dates.
Monitoring social media performance and using analytics to identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
Working with external creative agencies on video production, graphic design and wider campaign assets.
Supporting brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation through creative digital content.
Ensuring all content remains consistent with the company’s brand, tone of voice and values.

The Person
Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, copywriting or social media management.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content for a technical or professional audience.
Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.

Experience with CMS platforms such as Word Press and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience working with creative, design or video agencies would be beneficial.
An understanding of SEO, GEO and wider web content best practices.
A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

The Package
Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (flexible start & finish times)
