Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will support the delivery of the marketing plan across campaigns, content, digital activity, CRM, events, internal communications, and reporting. This role is suited to someone who already has 2–3 years of marketing experience and is ready to take greater ownership of day-to-day execution while continuing to develop broader commercial and strategic marketing skills.

• Deliver day-to-day marketing activity across content, email, digital, social, collateral, and campaign execution.

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns including timelines, briefs, approvals, asset management, and supplier follow‑up.

• Create and schedule content for newsletters, e‑shots, campaigns, product activity, and customer communications.

• Support digital marketing activity including website updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and online content publishing.

• Assist with CRM‑related activity, including audience segmentation,contact data coordination, and basic reporting.

• Use Salesforce, or work alongside Salesforce users, to support campaign execution, lead handling, contact management, and marketing data accuracy where relevant.

• Prepare and update presentations, one‑pagers, promotional materials, customer‑facing collateral, and internal marketing documents.

• Support event and sponsorship activity including logistics, marketing materials, and follow‑up actions.

• Assist with internal communications, culture campaigns,CSRcommunications, and engagement activity.

• Compile marketing reports, track activity performance,maintaindashboards or trackers, and support insight gathering for campaigns and market activity.

• Manage multiple deadlines and ensure marketing assets and communications are delivered accurately and on time.

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep activity moving andmaintainstrong execution standards.
