Who we are
Asset Bank is a digital asset management platform that helps organisations manage their digital assets with confidence. We're increasingly focused on organisations where rights, permissions and consent really matter – areas where Asset Bank already shines.
The roleWe're looking for a marketing designer to join our customer acquisition team and take ownership of creating high-quality visual content across our marketing and sales channels.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team to turn ideas and messaging into effective creative across paid campaigns, social media, our website, video, sales collateral and longer-form content.
We’ve recently refreshed the Asset Bank brand and launched a new website look and feel. We’re now bringing that refreshed identity consistently across our marketing and sales activity - from campaigns and social content to sales collateral, reports and downloadable content.
As our first full‑time marketing designer, you’ll play a key role in that next stage: creating new marketing assets, evolving our visual approach as we learn what works, and establishing the templates, guidelines and processes that help us produce great creative consistently and efficiently.
What you will be responsible for- Turning marketing messages and product capabilities into clear, engaging visual communications for our target audiences.
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop, design and iterate creative for paid campaigns across channels such as Linked In and Google.
- Creating engaging static, carousel and video content for paid and organic social channels.
- Creating and experimenting with different content formats, including video and motion graphics where appropriate.
- Creating visual assets for our website, including campaign and landing‑page graphics, illustrations, imagery and blog content.
- Designing sales and marketing collateral including presentations, one‑pages, case studies, reports and guides.
- Building on our recently refreshed brand and website look and feel, applying and evolving it across marketing campaigns, sales collateral and content, and helping establish practical brand guidelines and templates for future work.
- Creating practical design guidelines, templates and reusable assets that make it easier to produce high‑quality, consistent creative efficiently.
- Putting in place simple processes and tools for briefing, feedback, asset management and creative production.
- Keeping up with relevant creative trends and competitor activity, bringing new ideas and approaches for us to test.
- Around 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or digital design, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology or another B2B environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing design across a range of formats.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition and use of imagery.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Comfortable taking a brief from initial idea through to finished creative, while collaborating closely with marketers and other stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple pieces of work and priorities without compromising attention to detail.
- Experience creating templates, guidelines or processes that make creative production more efficient.
- An interest in how AI and emerging creative tools can improve the speed and effectiveness of design workflows.
This isn't a product or UX design role. Your focus will be on how Asset Bank presents and communicates its value to prospective customers across marketing and sales channels. It's also not primarily a creative-direction role: you'll spend most of your time designing and producing work yourself, while helping us continually…
