Location: Acol
Thanet Health CIC is seeking an MEAM Coordinator to lead the Thanet MEAM pilot, coordinating multi‑agency support and co‑producing new approaches with people who have lived experience of multiple disadvantage.
You will build relationships across health, social care, housing, criminal justice and the voluntary sector while gathering data to evidence impact and influence commissioning decisions.
