Location: Lower Shuckburgh
Acorn Training Ltd. is seeking an Employer and Participant Engagement Officer in Daventry. The role supports participants to access meaningful paid work by combining participant engagement with active employer outreach, aligned to the Connect to Work / IPS model.
You will build relationships with participants and employers, deliver pre-employment support, and ensure rapid job search and effective in-work support within a joined-up service framework.
