Citizens Advice is seeking an Outreach Adviser to provide advice and casework across the local authority area. You will join a team of frontline staff and work to empower clients while maintaining structure and control of meetings.
A key part of the role is developing partnerships with community organisations to ensure access for those affected by cost‑of‑living pressures and homelessness. You will support clients remotely and contribute to service improvements.
