Canford School is seeking an experienced Head of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement to lead the Development Office and drive the school’s fundraising strategy. You will work to strengthen philanthropy across the Canford community and develop an engaging alumni programme, including communications, events and overseas engagement.
We are looking for a confident, relationship-focused professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and manage a team to achieve ambitious targets.
