The post holder will lead and deliver high-quality, nurse-led microsuction clinics within our ENT Department, working autonomously across both hospital sites and managing an independent caseload.

They will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for patients presenting with both acute and chronic ear conditions.

In this advanced clinical role, you will undertake microsuction and other ENT procedures, carry out holistic, patient-centred assessments, formulate evidence-based management plans, and ensure safe, effective care in line with national and local clinical guidelines.

You will be responsible for recognising and escalating red-flag symptoms, coordinating care with the wider multidisciplinary team, and supporting patients with education, self-management advice, and follow-up planning.
