Arch is an outstanding healthcare provider delivering primary care to homeless and vulnerably housed patients in Brighton & Hove. We are a committed and experienced team with a passion for improving the health and well-being of people who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to fulfil the role of Practice Nurse (fixed term, maternity cover). We have a very experienced team who are committed to making a real difference by delivering outstanding health care and improving the health of the most vulnerable the fastest. The role of Practice Nurse is central to the success of the surgery and other services.

There is an optional element to this role of working with Step-Down patients in a local hostel. This element is not mandatory, and schedules can be adjusted for nurses who would prefer to work solely within the surgery environment.

This role is 2-3 days per week (with flexibility).
