About the Role Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for female Complex Homecare Nurses to support a young woman returning home after a long hospital stay. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by helping her transition safely and confidently into her home environment. She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs.
