Registered Nurse RGN or RMN (Contract)

£21.50 per hour (Day shift)
£22.50 per hour (Night shift)
Full‑time and part‑time contracts available

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high‑quality, clinically led care while maintaining safe, effective, person‑centred practice. The role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is consistently delivered in line with best practice.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication, and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well‑organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are prioritised.

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making skills
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial; nurses from other backgrounds are welcomed to develop within this environment
