Contract Details

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Contracted hourly rate £20.55 per hour. Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full‑time contract). Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well‑led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

As a Registered Nurse, you play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while maintaining safe, effective and person‑centred practice across your shift. You combine clinical expertise with leadership to ensure standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
• Lead shifts – support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs.
• Ensure continuity and quality of care at all times.
• Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Use judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well‑organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and well‑being are prioritised.

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care‑home setting is beneficial, but we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment.
