RN Nursing Supervisor PT

Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance with nursing standards, and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment.

RN Supervisor 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (24 hours)
RN Supervisor 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8 hours)

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality care delivery and a safe, clean environment for all residents.

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to maintain high‑quality care delivery
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in long‑term care preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
