As a Newly Qualified Nurse, you'll be supported to:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence‑based nursing care for children and young people with complex and life‑limiting conditions.
- Build strong, compassionate relationships with families, offering emotional and practical support
- Develop clinical confidence through hands‑on experience in complex symptom management, medication administration and care planning
- Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team, contributing to holistic and person centred care.
- Grow professionally through reflection, feedback and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Progress towards leading shifts and supporting colleagues as your confidence develops.
- You’ll work flexibly across a 24 hour service, with guidance and supervision always available as you grow into the role.
- Qualifying this year or recently qualified Registered Nurse - Adults
- Keen to gain the competencies and confidence needed to care for children and young adults with complex and life limiting conditions
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to learning and professional growth
- Registered or eligible for NMC registration
