Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically‑led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person‑centred practice across your shift. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well‑organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making skills
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial; we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
