NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee leadership, development and management for community nursing teams and Davidson ward at Girvan Community Hospital during a 12 month fixed term.
You will lead with a focus on safe patient care, resource management, staff development and clinical governance, reporting to the Associate Nurse Director and collaborating with Senior Nurses.
