Job Summary
Are you an NMC Registered Nurse in the UK seeking control, flexibility and the ability to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle? Join the staff bank at Thornford Park Hospital as a Bank Nurse (RMN or RNLD). Once you complete a paid two‑week induction you will have access to a wide range of nursing bank shifts, which can be booked via an app.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based support to service users as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Support colleagues and prioritise the needs of service users at all times.
- Registered with the NMC in the UK.
- Specialist in Mental Health Nursing (RMN) or Learning Disability Nursing (RNLD).
- Enhanced DBS disclosure passed.
- Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of service users.
- No minimum number of hours; but regular work helps maintain familiarity with the service.
- Weekday, night and weekend shifts available.
- Potential to work bank shifts at other Elysium services regionally.
- Hourly rate includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave.
